   Mike and the team are absolutely the best at reassuring me they know what they are doing. I've had too many bad experiences with other garages that seem to be all about excessive prices and unfinished work. Having a courtesy vehicle available is also appreciated along with speedy service. As mentioned my past experiences of disappointing and costly services elsewhere make me thankful for a garage that is completely the opposite.

   My daughter and I have been going here for a few years now and what a great bunch of people, so professional yet "down to earth". They have always explained to us what has needed doing, what has been done and in a way that we understand and learn from. And, have always told us beforehand what needs to be done and a rough estimate so there are no surprises. Every single dealing we have had, has just been so positive, no need to go to anyone else, seriously, just want to say thank you so much for the excellent work you do and PLEASE don't go anywhere hahaha, hope you are here for a long time to come!!!    I was advised from 2 mechanics that bearing hub needs to replace one or both (front). But I booked here 3-4 days ago and they even ordered the part. But when they actually checked they said it looks like almost new and just need adjustment only. So they adjusted and tested and all was good. They could have put the new ones to make money but they only did what actually needed what they found on opening the tyre. Very very genuine people, very impressed, they didn’t make money but made reputation, which money can’t buy. I could have spent 500 to 1200. But here i spent only 68. Best in town. Trustable people

   Very impressed with the fast service and super efficient comms. Its been about 10 years since I first visited Mike and the team and they never fail to provide honest, quality, and reliable services and advice. Despite travelling from the Northland/Karori suburbs, I wouldn’t bother visiting any other garage. My recent visit to have brake pads replaced was well worth the trip! Thanks heaps again team!
