I've been to Brendon Motors a number of times since bringing a car to Wellington, and every time I've had to go elsewhere I've regretted it. The team really care about their customers and aren't out to make a quick buck off unsuspecting car noobs like myself. They take the time to understand how you use the car to give you the best repair or upkeep recommendations, and are always transparent with pricing and options. They'll have my trust, loyalty and recommendation any day!

Brought the car here after getting what we suspected was an inflated repair bill from the AA. After looking at the car and then the quote from the AA, Brendon and Liz determined that the work quoted was in fact significantly overstated. Sorted the car faster than expected and was upfront and honest about all costing. Great service, highly recommended.
Excellent service. They helped me out when another mechanic shop had mucked me around and made me feel comfortable and informed about every step they were going to take! Really good value and seems they always strive to get the cheapest price for you. I drive in from the Hutt to bring my car to these guys because of their service!

Lizette in particular is always extremely helpful and provides exceptional service and advice. I’m not prone to reviewing things on Google (quite the opposite) however this 5* review was a no-brainer.
Its not often I get service so good I'm compelled to leave a review. By far the best service we've had in Wellington. Have come here for a few years with multiple cars, from bangers to respectable. In that time we've found the shop credible, honest and friendly. With service that goes way beyond normal expectation.
