My camper's issue could have left me stranded in Wellington, but Scott kindly offered emergency repairs to get me back on the road. Their ability to diagnose the problem instantly and fix it efficiently was truly impressive. I was able to drive out much sooner than I expected, ensuring I wouldn't miss work in Auckland. What makes Motor Doctor exceptional is how they genuinely care beyond just repairs. Alex took the time to thoroughly explain the issue, even teaching me temporary fixes in case of emergencies during my journey. Their customer-first approach, combined with professionalism and warmth, sets them apart. I’ll definitely return for any future car needs on my journeys!

   Scott and his team are amazing. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I have 4 work vehicles that do a lot of kms, so need a reliable mechanic. They always do a great job with no loose ends (unlike past mechanics I have used), and are great at communicating what is wrong / needs to be done in car illiterate terms.    These guys go out of their way to help. Took my daughter for her driving test down the road at VTNZ, luckily we were 15 minutes early as unbeknown to me one of the brake lights was out. The tester said if you're not back in time with a working light it's an automatic fail. Drove to the nearest mechanic we could find which just happened to be Motor Doctors. They were all busy on jobs but when we explained our predicament one of them come out onto the street, dismantled the rear brake light unit and popped in a new bulb, all within 10 minutes. Got back to VTNZ just in time. That's what I call service, thanks Motor Doctors!

   I had an issue with my car that other companies were only keen to provide expensive quotes for new replacement parts. I arrived at motor doctors to meet Scott, who diagnosed the problem and managed to actually fix it without replacing the part. This had always impressed me and I have used them ever since. From my Caterham to our family car they always get the job done.

   Scott and his team are at Thorndon Quay are amazing. I've been servicing both of my cars there for 2 years now and they have never skipped a beat. They are quick to book in and turnaround aswel as diagnose the hard stuff, all at a reasonable price. Always friendly, honest, and trustworthy.
