Such a fun and creative space for children. Everything is designed with kids in mind - interactive, imaginative, and engaging. The staff were fantastic, very welcoming, and clearly passionate about what they do. A brilliant venue that encourages play, learning, and creativity.
I had my kid’s birthday party here, and it was awesome. The space was perfect for around 25 children (aged 3-5 years old) - spacious, fun, and very comfortable for everyone. A big bonus is that you don’t need to worry about cleaning up afterwards. The only small downside is that parking can be a bit tricky to find. Highly recommend for kids’ parties.
Beautiful wee space for young kids to play. We were in Wellington on a very wet and windy day and it was a perfect spot for a couple of hours. Make sure to donate to keep this space running.
Free kid’s experience, not a daycare so you will need to stay with your children but the staff on site are incredibly friendly and helpful. Site is clean and well cared for. If you need to distract (and maybe even educate) a grumpy toddler in the city, this is your best option. Highly recommended.
A fun way to spend a Saturday morning with my 20 month old. He absolutely loved it! He was absolutely fascinated with the planets up high, the slide once he discovered it, and all the buttons he could push. A safe space he could play freely in. We can't wait to go back!
Absolutely fantastic experience for my autistic daughter, she loved playing with all the sensory friendly activities as well as enjoying the science show.
A relatively new find for us, but such a great place to hang out. Lovely friendly staff, lots of fun things to do, and the boys just love crafting with lots of bits and bobs on the tables. Today we made robots out of paper and 'things'. Highly recommended for anyone with preschoolers.
Had a wonderful time here with my little man while in Wellington. Access is free but donations are requested. They had the cardboard town set up so we went in one of the tunnels to play. They also have a reading corner, colouring/art area, and photo booth ($2). Coffee for parents is available for $3. We will go again next time we are in Wellington!
Great place for kids, $2 koha. Friendly and helpful staff. Open most days, closed on statutory holidays. Programme can be found online or in the door. Pram parking bay outside. Nappy change, photo booth, drawing table, anything u need they have it. Highly recommend.
