“I was researching some computer stores online and looking for a company to build my first gaming pc. PB Tech's prices was the best overall. So, I popped in at the Petone branch and Nick, the sales guy, was friendly, offered some great tips and excellent service. He helped build my rig that was in my budget. Parts had to be ordered and within a few days, the technician assembled the pc. He notified me when it was ready for collection. Great service guys.I will need some extra gaming hardware in the future and will definitely be shopping at PB Tech. Thanks”

“I have just recently purchased a Corona beer branded upright fridge from Bar Fridges NZ.. This fridge is beyond awesome, great lighting effects, very quiet and is of very high quality in terms of materials, finish and door quality very good seal and design. The branding is very high quality and is not just a series of stickers but they are embossed into the glass and stainless steel sides. “Staff are bubbly and very kind - man behind register literally singing songs and cheerful. They had many well known branded clothing and it was not ridiculously priced. Store is very clean and changing rooms are spacious. Doors automatically open which is helpful when walking out with your hands full of items purchased :)”

“Frequent visitors to this store because of how well catered it is for kids. Our 3 year old had an accident at Bunnings Petone on the weekend and the staff were so incredible - knew the process,everyone helped accordingly and followed up with a phone call later that day and a gift sent via post. The policy of refund & replacement is seldom called upon but when it is the result is immediate which insures customer satisfaction . “It's a great place to get all the Indian spices, veggies, pickles, sweets, oil and a lot more. It has a lot of south indian and north indian stuff with a lot of indian brands. It's a bit costly but if you're really carving for some paneer butter masala or some idiyapam or some sweet jalebi you can grab it here.”

Oliver (assistant manager, Petoni) won me over after my absolutely terrible service at the Lower Hutt branch - almost forcing me to demand refunds for a Tawa desk I bought with a woman whom I struggled to communicate with and appeared to have the decision-making capability of a deer stuck in the headlights of an oncoming car, and identified as a manager named "Kalkatana". In frustration, I called their 0800 number and after me misidentifying the branch in my fluster (I am new to Wellington), was put in contact with Oliver Munn from Petoni (only a few weeks on the job) and their management team sorted out everything. He even delivered the desk to me. He was apologetic, courteous and has retained me as a "Warehouse Stationery" customer with his quick thinking and decisive action.
