Avoid. Extremely poor service. 8 weeks until I got a response regarding fixing my vacuum cleaner. Had already paid the assessment fee; no responses to phone calls, personal visits and emails. There are better vacuum repair companies in the Hutt
I can't believe the rubbish about this business. I've dealt with this Great team for 50yrs. Been congratulated on my Rhino carpet for as long as I've had it. Couldn't get better or want better service than I have had. Big congrats people, long may you continue. Many thanks.

Shipping claims 7 working days plus up to 3 extra for rural. Just bought some vacuum bags. It's been 2 weeks. No confirmation email, no shipment yet the money went out of my account on day 1? No email address to send screenshots of case. Only a number to call. Will be calling in the morning to solve this hopefully.
No sales of spares to out of towers. ( eg private people who need the spares)You would think in this financial climate that any sales are good sales.
Got s really good deal on a vacuum cleaner from the really helpful and friendly staff
I cannot believe this. I picked up our vacuum cleaner from these guys after waiting for 2 weeks. paid a $50 deposit, had a call saying something was wrong with the power cable, when this was totally incorrect, picked up the vacuum, Paid another $50 . They could not supply the filters. went to Godfreys purchased the filter pack for $49. got home, opened up the vacuum to replace the filters, and there was still dirt and dust in every part of the vacuum cleaner. Clearly the Vacuum Cleaner Specaialists had NOT done anything to my Vacuum Cleaner. Very unimpressed.
Told my vaccum couldn't be fixed and the parts were impossible to get... came home and ordered them within 5 minutes. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Called ahead to see if our Dyson hose was fixable, was told it was and to bring it in. Did so and was told by the same woman that it couldn't be fixed but we could buy a second-hand unit. So it was just a ploy to get us in the store. Was told a second-hand Hoover was worth over $900 new which we know it isn't. Wouldn't buy here.
