Excellent customer service, I bought an extra lid and handle for our yoghurt and cheese maker ( which is amazing), and emailed Kuvings because I realised I had purchased the incorrect item. Tereza emailed me back immediately, changed my order even though it was the weekend. Very impressed with both the yoghurt maker and the service with it. Thank you!

The service that the Kuvings NZ (Pudney & Lee) provides is really unsatisfactory. I sent a SV500 for repair and it took 2 months for them to figure out the issue & repair it. The sad part is that they don't provide any updates. I had to constantly follow up to know the progress. Kuvings products are really worth the money. However the after sale support from Kuvings NZ (Pudney & Lee) is quite disappointing. So think twice before you go with Kuvings NZ.
