   Just got an iphone17 from pb tech. Best place to get electronics ever. Amazing service cheapest price. And the staff “haoyong” is the best staff I have ever seen. He is energetic and always being helpful. He did an excellent job and one of the reason I will keep coming back to this store.

   Hieu you absolute LEGEND! Thank You for escalating a warranty issue for me and my son. You didn't have too and I never asked but the fact that you did, is one of the best acts of kindness I've ever received. I'm very full of gratitude, Thank You! I brought my sons ACER laptop from PB Tech approx 5 months ago for my son as he goes to college (it was funded as he is ASD/ADHD). He realised he had trouble closing his laptop and found the bottom left corner was damaged. He took it to the IT guys at his school who noticed there were some screws missing but they didn't have anything on hand to fix it. Since the laptop was covered by warranty we took it in to have it fixed only to have ACER tell us it wasn't covered because it looked like it had been tampered with. Hieu rung me with the bad news and I was terribly disappointed. Why would my son go through all the trouble to take out some screws? Without my knowledge, Hieu escalated the issue and now the laptop is fixed. We are about to pick it up and the laptop drama is now finished! I'm so thankful. As a solo mum with 3 kids, the money I was dreading to spend on fixing the laptop was sending my stress through the roof. Thank You again Hieu.

   We had a great experience today at the store. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we were assisted by Hieu and Marc. We were looking for a monitor, and they gave us excellent recommendations based on our needs. Hieu went above and beyond by searching for products that weren’t on display and helping us compare different features. He gave us plenty of time and space to browse and make our decision. Marc was also great at helping us make the final choice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend the store.

   Amazing after sales service. We purchased components for a gaming PC which PBTech built for us. We had some ‘user’ issues with set up, settings with games and similar and emailed the store more than once and got immediate help from Marc to resolve. They even offered for us to take the PC back to the store so they could show us how to get things all set up correctly. Just repeating ..the PC was built perfectly, it was us that needed some help with using! Thank you Marc for your patience and outstanding help.

   I was researching some computer stores online and looking for a company to build my first gaming pc. PB Tech's prices was the best overall. So, I popped in at the Petone branch and Nick, the sales guy, was friendly, offered some great tips and excellent service. He helped build my rig that was in my budget. Parts had to be ordered and within a few days, the technician assembled the pc. He notified me when it was ready for collection. Great service guys.I will need some extra gaming hardware in the future and will definitely be shopping at PB Tech. Thanks

   After trying several large chain stores looking for reasonably priced usb memory sticks I found the Petone PB Tech store. Without having to travel into Wellington I was able to get a 16 GB and a 32 GB stick for half the price that others wanted for a single 16 GB stick. The staff were very helpful in locating the items and there was no line at checkout. The 5 mins I spent in the store was very pleasant. I spent far longer on the places I didn’t buy the items.

   Obligatory reference to parking! There are about 7 bays out the front. I’ve never arrived and not found a space. Great sales with a range of payment methods, NOT loving the % added for the different payment methods. Seems to get orders in quite quickly. Staff - hit and miss as to helpfulness and knowledge. Not happy to have bought a Chromebook and it didn’t work. Missing the instruction manual. QR code indicated the warranty ran out a year ago. Over the phone was told it sounded like a refurbished model. In store another guy said the laptops power plugs are changed from US, so the instruction manual must have gotten lost. I don’t know enough about Chromebook’s to know if that’s possible. Have pre ordered iPads, iPods and a few other bits during the sales.

   Simply amazed by Mark Wang quick and efficient service!!!! Yesterday afternoon took the broken desktop in for inspection, today moring told me the inspection result. 2pm went in to the store decided to build another one, 2.30pm out of the store, 2hrs later told me I can pick up my new gaming desktop pc @ 5pm!!!!! The same day!!!! Thank u Mark & PB tech Petone! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

   Made a major purchase here. Being short I had to raise my hand to get attention as the sales person asked my husband if he wanted some assistance, even though he was just sitting in a chair waiting for me to get served. When I did eventually get the attention, all went smooth, and all the gear I needed was in stock, unlike some of the rival companies that said they would need to order it in. My invoice was emailed to me by the staff member who was very friendly.
