It was Black Friday sales and the store had extended its business hours. I was genuinely amazed by Olivia’s service. Even though it was already 9:45 p.m( friday), after a long busy day, she still greeted me with a sweet smile and gave me such warm, top-notch service. She was incredibly helpful and friendly. Labels glued on teaspoons - I want an hour back of my life trying to get 12 of them off. I soaked in boiling water 3 times. Finally, after vigorous scrubbing, I managed to do it. I know there's a product specifically for this task, but I didn't have it and don't want it. Find a better way!
Hi bought some glassware from briscoes petone today and i asked from the asian lady (may be a Chinese or a Philippine lady not sure) in the counter for a cardboard box to pack my stuff and she did not even check around her but she said that they don't have any and i saw there was an empty box on the floor right behind her and when i showed her that she said they hardly get boxes and said i was lucky to get it lol (what a joke!! in a store like this you get everything in boxes) Also usually they wrap the glass with with the brown papers but this lady even refused to wrap them.. what a lazy customer service!! Hey management team please look this kind of lazy staff. Not at all happy with the service!!
Briscoes nearly always have sales, so you'll be sure to find a bargain or two when you're here. A great place for bedding, towels and other items.
There are always so many sales I don't know why you would ever shop at full price! Great range of products and they seem to always have stock of what it is I'm looking for and when they have not they have done a stock transfer for me. They do always seem to be understaffed and when it is busy and they have a whole lot of young inexperienced staff the manager appears to be rather rude to these people when they are looking for answers or advice to help customers.
Purchased this suitcase in Jan, did 1 international trip, whilst it has been sold with a warranty, I have been told that I must refer this to the airline. I believe that this is not an airline issue, but merely a poor quality product being sold by Briscoes.
Shopped on a weekend sale and after only coming home observed more than 3 items wrongly priced,/prices adjusted for sale figures than advertised. The funny thing was never got an apologie from the staff after bringing the misrepresented price items. Any way quality products but better check the price tags.
