Moved into a house at the beginning of last year and was told the drier was rented from here. After 6 months of calling and emailing I finally got in a contact with a Charles and said we’d like someone to come remove the drier from the property as we didn’t need it (at this point I wanted it gone and to go with a different company) Charles replied saying an agent will be in contact to arrange a time to collect it. Once a month since then (July 2023) i would call and email asking for an update on the agent and here no response.. it’s been 8 months since i last heard from Charles. I no longer live at that house and the drier is still there.
