“I spoke with a lady named Lara , who had patience and took her time explaining to me what I didn't understand until i understood , she involved abit of humor to make the call more easy going, which I appreciated and was just lovely to work with over the phone with her. She helped me get what I was looking for and made all the benefits of AA aware to me which makes me want to stay with AA. The doctor checked all medical resources to support her diagnosis. This experience built my confidence in the public health sector.”
