Extremely long wait time. My 95 year old father had to wait nearly an hour and a half in a waiting room full of flu sufferers. No wonder he still ha his chest infection. With better organisation they could reduce the wait time to more like 10-15minutes maximum like other surgeries.
Extremely poor services, long long wait time, unprofessional dealing with the patients. The worst experience I have ever had since I am in New Zealand. They didn't attend my 6 months old son even informing them about baby's situation. I don't even want to give one star but I have to otherwise I can't post this review. really disappointed.
Both times I've waited over an hour in waiting room...staff unhelpful...yesterday I had a 4pm appointment and I waited till 4.55pm before I had to leave as my 12 year old son had sports practice to be at 5pm...I've been twice and actually never got to see a doctor..first time waited over 1 hour@!!!...I've heard of people waiting 1.5 hours for the doctor..terrible terrible service hence we are transferring to different practice..please don't waste your time with this tin pot medical center. ..shame as 2 years ago my review would have been completely different...This place has gone down hill fast...patients must have the patience of a saint or no life as you will be waiting minimum of 1 hour from your stated appointment time! @!!
Doctor are never on time, if asked when are they here the lady at the counter asked me back why! He should be here soon. They give an appointment but no doctors available. They think their patient have all the time in the world to wait for them all day. You have appointment at 12, you are likely to get checked by 1.30.
Great family practice. Mum and dad do admin, the children are the GPs. Very friendly Samoan doctors. They have a great service for immigrants and minorities. Very capable and experienced team.
