The staff at Placemakers actually know what they are talking about, they are organized, helpful and offer customer service willingly - instead of trying to avoid customers which is what you get from staff at M10 and Bunnings. The drive through actually has room for vehicles - another improvement on the other two hopeless outfits. Placemakers is where I will be spending my DIY shopping in the future.
