“I went into farmers to purchase an arrangement of gifts for a friend going through a hard time, I was in the makeup/skincare section. My mum asked the lovely girl at the checkout where the slippers were - she was very sweet and prompt to show us where they were. I got my things and went to checkout, first i’d like to compliment Nea’s mannerisms, she was very polite and very prompt with her scanning/packaging. More so I want to say my appreciation for her compliment on my voice, she said I have a nice voice - a compliment I’ve never received before but it really made my day and has left an impression. Nea I wish I got your social media to say thank you again, but i’m going to leave this review in hopes you get recognition for your amazing welcoming service.”

“Every time I have been in the staff are lovely they always say hello and make me feel welcome. The store is always tidy as well and it’s easy to find what you want. The last two times I have been I was served by the loveliest human with the best nails. I’m sure any managers who see this will know who I’m referring to. “I shopped here on a Sunday where the sale was on and items are labelled correctly (unlike Wellington City - Taranaki St.) the items were displayed correctly and above all the staff were very helpful. The store is very big and had most household items so it's a one stop shop for big shopping trip. Excellent place, would recommend it for SALE shopping!”
