   I recently moved into a new home, well new for me. The master bedroom was an unusual shape and with two doors, a full width wardrobe and a full wall of sliders to a deck, there was minimal space for furniture. The obvious solution was to make best possible use of the existing wardrobe space. I contacted four companies, one didn't respond, and two did but with fairly rudimentary plans. The other was HomePlus. I was drawn to HomePlus by their website and the wardrobe organiser pictured there. It was exactly what I wanted and needed. I refined that with Michelle to accommodate to rows of drawers (soft touch) and shelves, with double hanging at one end, and single at the other. Michelle was excellent to deal with throughout, as was Brenda, who measurered up, and Colin, the installer. Just an all round great team The install took a couple of hours, went exactly as planned, and the result is perfect. The bedroom is now neat and uncluttered with everything having its place in the now fitted out wardrobe. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending HomePlus if you need your wardrobe sorted. And I can only assume, based on my experience, that they would be equally efficient with the other services they provide. Alan

   Had a wardrobe unit installed - staff were great to deal with initially, though installation was not done as quoted. Contacted to discuss options for fixing and was passed onto the Manager who was rude and difficult, so didn't pursue fix - we're left feeling uncomfortable and confused with the whole experience.

   Needed some gates made to fence our property. Contacted HomePlus, and spoke with a very friendly staff member who organised someone to visit for a quote. The chap who turned up however wasn't so happy to see us—and was dismissive of the gates we needed built and had a less-than-good attitude. He promised he'd get back in touch with a quote. Unsurprisingly, that never happened, and they ghosted. Disappointing.

   Wow! Decided what I wanted and called for a price. Gave me the price and said they'd still need to come round and measure up. Glad they did, because they gave me another and far better option than what I'd originally intended. Loved it that everything was explained to me! Two weeks later the new mirrored doors are installed. They look absolutely amazing and have modernized a tired looking room. Quick and efficient service, excellent quality too. Very happy customer.
