Had the bed for just about a year. So I guess I have the right to give this review. It’s a $4500 bed, it’s a very heavy mattress and we lifted up to switched side together almost every week. It feels nice and comfortable after switched side but just for few days. After couple days I can feel my lower back and butt sinking in more and more and ended up woke up with lower back pain in the middle of night. I find out it doesn’t have this problem if you sleep alone in the middle of the bed (I tried it for 3 weeks) but it’s a queen size bed…. that the main reason I give it a low review. Also, we have to get a mattress protector for warranty and it does make it feeling” heated “ compared to the bed we had. And this bed we pick it design to helps with back support and air flow to help with temperature …… so I really don’t know….. We are both around 60~70kg range. Side and back sleeper. Help you guys don’t make mistakes.

Sales staff here are really pushy to be honest. I won't return, staff couldn't read the room and was way too overbearing.
Based on my recent encounter with regional sales head on bad spring are on the mattress and they can loosen up within 8 months of use, my recommendation is go with Ecosa mattress which are way better as I have been using them in my other bedroom. This are guys will deny any kind of services, even within warranty period
Worst experience with my purchase, when I started to face issue with mattress after 8 months rather than fixing the mattress, sales & other people started to lecture me about how I should sleep on the mattress. Better to buy ecosa or other mattress which are way comfortable and long lasting
Highly recommend Wellington Beds. When we came in and told Phil our budget, he showed us a range of options, including a few that were well within our budget (some competitors immediately took us to the top-end of our budget). I had something come up after we booked the delivery date, but Phil was very helpful giving me an indication of what time the delivery would arrive. Love support local business, and the fact the beds are made to order here in Wellington sealed the deal for us. Will definitely be back when we next need a bed.
Great service, best sleep I have ever had! I feel so rested and my cat loves it too. Jane at Lower hutt was friendly and helped me find the bed for me and I would happily go back or recommend to anybody.
