We recently had an issue with a switch on our recliner sofa. Lazyboy Lower Hutt responded within a few hours and called at home to inspect on the same. They determined the cause, arranged for the part and technician to repair and the sofa repaired a week later. Absolutely awesome service by all concerned.
I needed a recliner to elevate my legs post surgery. The customer service provided by Jordan was outstanding. I trialled a few Jordan advised the pros and cons for my situation. Purchased a fantastic chair for my needs. Within 24 hours the chair was delivered by 2 men who put it in place and tested. Wow you can't ask for much more. Would highly recommend this store.
I just purchased a recliner. I did it over the phone because of mobility issues. It arrived yesterday exactly as described. It is incredibly comfortable and I can tell it will last along time. The staff went above and beyond to get the chair to me and they were genuinely friendly and patient. It is worth paying a bit more for extremely high quality. I am very happy with my decision. We visited recently on the hunt for a nursery chair. The team at Lower Hutt were all really friendly, and when the one we had our eye on wasn’t the right fit, they gave us some great options within our budget. There was no pressure as we browsed (appreciated as we had baby in tow). They honestly went above and beyond at every step. Our chair arrived 2 days after purchase and it’s perfect! The delivery service (though outsourced) was equally amazing with the driver offering to take the recliner upstairs and assemble it for us. They’ll be our first stop for lounge furniture from now on!
Yesterday I bought a new chair for my very elderly mother who is in pain waiting for hip replacement. The staff at Lower Hutt store were the most helpful of all places I visited. They showed me a perfect chair, they were friendly, concerned that what an chose was the ‘right’ chair. This morning (less than 24 hours from purchase) the chair was delivered by wonderful young men who set the chair up for my mother. I am so pleased I found this store. Thank you from us both.
