   I’ve bought at least six beds through Brownies in Wellington and I would give them an A+ for service. They have exceptional product knowledge and always deliver on time with excellent communication. I can’t fault them. Beds are also super comfortable. Last week they went above and beyond by personally delivering a bed to Hawkes Bay which was very much appreciated.

   Dealings were fantastic to start with as of course they wanted to make a sale, but be aware that if you have a problem and something is not as it should be they will fob you off to someone else in the company who apparently is the only person who can help you but is seemingly always not available but will "definitely call you back". Been waiting for that phone call for well over 6 months now. Just gave up calling them after a couple of months which is what they were obviously hoping for. Would not purchase from them again.

   Fantastic service, staff were super helpful and patient with all of my questions. Found a great mattress and organized delivery very easily. They were not pushy with getting me to buy from them which made me feel very comfortable in store and with my decision to make a purchase. Would highly reccomend.

   Once purchased at the Wellington branch, very disappointed with the lack of effort made to update and inform about the delivery . Repeatedly, had to respond to long, absences of communication from this branch and experiencing mistakes with delivery led to a long and tedious delay .
