   Have bought from this store many times and love the products but unfortunately dealt with a very rude staff member today. We were buying Christmas decorations and when walking up to the counter holding the ribbon the bauble disconnected and fell to the ground (it didn't break or appear damaged at all). We mentioned we wouldn't buy that one and she practically snatched it away. We asked if there were any other ones of that colour we could buy and she sarcastically told us to look around the store... The only other words she spoke to us were short and snappy. We felt so uncomfortable we just bought the other 2 we had and left as soon as possible. Really put a dampener on a rare day out.

   We visited this gorgeous shop today and enjoyed a delicious lunch at Squirrel Cafe next door. Such a welcoming and friendly place to visit. I left with some beautiful fresh flowers which are looking lovely in my home.

   The shop is interesting with good quality products but the focus on the customer was non existing We found 2 cushions we liked but wanted to make sure the looked right in our house. After all we were about to pay $530 for 2 cushions. We asked can we take them home overnight to decide and the store can charge our credit card. In the unlikely event we didn't like them could we have a refund? The store advised no refund would be given just a store credit. Not surprisingly we will be buying elsewhere
