I recently encountered an issue with a shower I had purchased, and I was fortunate to be assisted by Nickiee who went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. From the beginning, she took ownership of the situation, liaising directly with the manufacturer on my behalf and keeping me informed throughout the process. What truly stood out was the level of commitment she showedβgoing as far as meeting with the manufacturer's representative in her own time to advocate for a fair outcome. Thanks to her persistence, professionalism, and genuine care for customer satisfaction, I ended up with a result that I was extremely happy with. It's rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and puts in that kind of effort to support a customer. I can't thank her enough and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for outstanding service.
Really helpful. Not a great selection but its enough

First time I've been into the new store. Well set out. Lovely staff. Very helpful and friendly. Great range, good pricing from what I could see and some specials I found hard to walk past. Will be our go to place from now. Very inpressed
They didn't have the blades that I needed, they told me that I would be better to go to the blade suppliers around the corner, and the drew a map for me of how to get there, (if they were to order it for me it would cost be more and take a few days)
