Very bad experience, did not received product even after 40 days of order. They never made any effort from their side to tell me whats going on. I had to call every time to check and they keep on making excuses like “your order not placed because of glitch” (even though i placed my order in store) or “our shipment got delayed” very frustrating. Ended up taking refund after 40 days of frustration which again took 5 days to process after providing all the details. Won’t recommend anyone, i ended up ordering online from other merchant and received my order within 3 days.

I found furniture I liked from here online but I wanted to go into the store and check the furniture I wanted out before I purchased it. Best decision I made. The customer service was excellent and seeing the furniture up close was a bonus. We ended up buying different furniture that was better and well priced. Delivery was easy to organize and we received everything the following week with no issues. I highly recommend that you go into the store if you are within the area.

The dispatch team were friendly, but seemed confused by what I and others were getting, even though they had an item list. Got there in the end and will be purchasing from them again.

Best place to buy furniture and bedding in Wellington. They have good quality furniture for decent price. Especially if you get 10-20% discount on sale just grab them. I bought a sofa bed and Queen sized wooden bed frame with bed for just 1500$ The staff is helpful and they also have delivery for less rates. They also have delivery after a few weeks or one day delivery for a little extra money.

Poor communication and handling of issues. Slow resolution. I placed an order for a bedframe and mattress through a customer service and asked them to delay the delivery for a week as I was out of town. A couple of things that didn’t go well: 1) The bedframe was delivered a couple of days after I ordered and I had to ask my friend to drop by my place in a pouring rain to put the frame on a safe place. I emailed them to request (again) to delay the mattress 2) the mattress that arrived was the wrong size. The customer service ordered the wrong size. The staff at the Auckland office asked if I could return the wrong size and collect the correct size from the Wellington branch. I told them it would cost me at least $70 to do that. The staff from Wellington branch (Lara) emailed me and asked me to pay $20 price difference and they would send me a return label. I told them I was disappointed that they asked me to pay when they caused me inconvenience in so many ways. Things got more interesting when Gill (from dispatch team, probably) phoned me to transfer the $20 and send them the screenshot of the payment otherwise they wouldn’t send me the return label and they wouldn’t release the correct mattress. I refused to pay the $20 and he said he’d find another mattress the same price that I paid for. I transferred the $20 because I felt like we were going around in circle (but didn’t send the payment screenshot right away) I received an email from Lara again that she would find a way to get things done urgently. A few minutes later, Gill phoned me again to follow up on the $20. I was so appalled at how he communicated like he was holding the mattress hostage for $20!!! There was clearly no communication happening internally. I was talking to 2 people at the same time on different platforms. I think Lara did a great job but Gill needs to be trained on how he talks to customers. Hope you do something with your process of handling issues like this. People who are not supposed to face customers shouldn’t talk to customers.

Never recommend Tsb living. We just bought online the dryer. The information is misleading and unclear, resulting in the wrong product. The vented dryer we bought didn't have the flexi tube and built up too much moisture. Trying to contact the customer service but it is useless. they blame on the customer and keep saying the vented dryer means no duct. it is ridiculous as you can find thousands of vented dryers coming with the flexi tube. Won't ve back there even once.

Purchased a desk which was terrible quality and unstable, paint chipped off the legs when putting it together and no way to make the bolts tighter to stop the desk from rocking. Tried communicating with TSB staff but unfortunately it was a waste of my time. Wouldn’t recommend.
