“I bought a gorgeous blue velvet paisley top around 5 years ago. It was a lot to pay for a top at the time, but it was so unique and I wanted to support local. I wore it on a few occasions and always felt great in it and I don't think it will date. The neckline however started to fray after a while - which could have been my fault because I did struggle to get it on and off - the neckline not being quite wide enough. Anyway, I enquired a month or so ago if their repair service could repair and how much it would cost. I also mentioned that the neckline was a bit small and wondered if at the same time they could widen it. Well, the did, and did a beautiful job and did not charge me for it. Emily at the Wellington store was a pleasure to deal with and their customer service is excellent. It's not the kind of shop I would shop regularly at simply because while beautiful - the clothes are expensive. But I will shop their again and look for that special one-off item I know I'll love and will last.”

“The queensgate k and K store is my favourite clothing destination and always the first store l go to when l travel to the Hutt Valley. It doesnt matter who is working in the shop l have always been greeted with a big smile and offers of help .the clothing is always well displayed and excellent quality. Even if lm not buying the girls are always helpful .”

“Though we no longer live in Wellington, we make a point of visiting Workshop whenever we are in the city. Anne-Marie and her team are so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They know their stock, which is chock full of beautiful NZ and international brands, and have never failed to steer us to gems that really suit. The shop itself is a light and airy oasis nestled in the Old Bank Arcade. It's an absolutely wonderful place to shop.”

I was helped out by one staff Vanza, only went in to buy 1 pair of shoes, I ended up walking out with $600 worth of goodies! How amazing!! I would 100% go back and spend more money!”

“By far the most used items for our newborn are the high quality products from here, really breathable and gentle on our daughters skin! You can tell they have been designed by a mum as they are super practical and easy to use They wash up well and we will be back to buy more as we use them on repeat, especially the sleeping gowns!! “I absolutely loved my experience shopping at Flo and Frankie Queensgate. The team were so helpful, suggesting lovely pieces and how to bring them all together into multiple outfits, and I bought them all! Anna and Vanessa both helped me find the most iconic and timeless outfits, that I will keep and wear time and time again. Despite the store being super busy that day, they made sure to check on me while I was trying on various items, get different sizes and help me to decide on a funeral outfit for my Dad's funeral that week. I can tell that they truly care about the customer experience. I highly recomend this lovely team, who also showcase the range in what they wear each day and are inspirational with thier style, but also how they add their own accessories to give it thier own personal touch. So gorgeous! I am surprised by some of these other reviews as I do not believe this is a typical experience. (Perhaps they are all perfect people in all circumstances huh ;)?)”

“Got the Icebreaker Merino 260 mens leggings which is value for money when the 200 is $149.99, 260 is $189.99 and 300 being the least value for money at $300. Guy and girl were on the floor. Served by the guy who let me try it on in their plush changing room to ensure the L is... an L (different brands have completely their own sizing). Their L IS an L... The most I've spent on pants but these are so comfy perfect and stylist for both winter and summer...”

I was on the hunt to replace my favourite pair of Sketchers, he immediately brought out all the colour options in my size. Helped me figure out I needed the wide fit. There was a specific colour-way I was after. They checked all the options and found them available online. They answered all my questions with confidence. They set-up my order as a distant order. As someone who works in management in a retail store I always appreciate exceptional service. Jonty provided exceptional, friendly, customer service. I would hire them. Thank you.”
