   Your organization lacks basic common sense. I intended to purchase a specific clothing item and visited your Lower Hutt branch. I arrived today at 10:26 am, based on Google's information that the store had been open since 10 am. However, to my disappointment, the shop was closed when I arrived. I attempted to contact the store using the provided mobile phone number from your online platform, but my call went unanswered. Subsequently, at 11 am, I returned to the store only to find it still closed. Despite making another call, there was no response, no voicemail, and no follow-up communication. Today, I endured a 30 km round trip without receiving any service, which is an utterly frustrating experience. For your organization to achieve success, it is imperative to enhance your communication skills. Regrettably, we will not be returning to your branch in the future

   I was really excited to visit the Wellington store but store doesn’t have full range of products as mentioned on the website. Also staff is more interested in gossiping instead of attending customers.
