   Stopped in today to figure out the sizing of a skirt I've been coveting after seeing it on a friend - sadly, it wasn't in stock! Luckily, Felix was so helpful and grabbed various sizes of in stock skirts that were a similar cut so I could figure get an idea. They even consulted with a co worker to figure it out for me. I felt so cared for and looked after! Thanks, Felix!

   I'm a big fan of Gorman's. Every time I shop at this store, the staff are very friendly, especially Jennifer. Every time I need an opinion, she guides me, which makes choosing much easier. I usually always ask for opinions before buying. All the girls are very kind, and I've never had any problems exchanging products. The girls are always available to help you.

   Ordered a raincoat, enquired about it after 1 week of waiting, received a generic email, enquired 3 weeks later only to receive an automatic email saying they couldn’t source it and they were sending a refund. Would they have refunded me if I hadn’t enquired? Don’t know. Definitely not the best costumer service

   Always love this store. Being a colorful person, I really enjoy their collection with all the colors, patterns, and models. They also run big, so it’s comfy for a big girl like me. Besides clothes, their home collection such as pillows, aprons, tea towels, bed sheets and more are cute. Their bany and kids collections are adorable as well. They also have tote bags, hats, pouches, shoes and accesories. The full price is quite high but they always have discounted items. The store here is quite spacious with entrance comfy for those with reduced mobility. There are sections which are located in a higher platform with some stairs. The staff is always friendly and helpful

   Bought a pair of stud earrings last Wednesday. Went to wear them for the first time today and the post fell out. So, zero wears and these originally retailed for $39 (luckily I didn't pay full price). EDIT: the store were really great about issuing a refund, so I'm very happy with the customer service. Hopefully this was just a one-off dud, as I've bought other Gorman earrings with no issue.

   Women's fashion boutique offering unigue, distinctive, comfortable-looking, bold and colourful print and styles, now permanently located in Willis St. opposite BNZ, after their pop-up store trial. Prices are high as expected but currently they have a sale on. They also offer accessories such as hats, etc. again in bold colours and print. It's not difficult to spot when someone is wearing a Gorman garment!

   nice store and good stock but the staff can't wait for us to leave at the end of the day after we just bought $200 pair of shoes after like 10mins. not sure if they want us to come back...could have been more accommodating I like the staff at the popup store Gorman used to have opposite new world on Willis st a lot better got a nice purse from there that's why I came back to the official store
