The young man, Revin, who served me was a delight. So helpful and very friendly. He is an asset to your business so I hope you look after him. A good selection of products and I’m happy with my purchase. It’s not easy to get shoes that fit me but Ravin was very patient and we got there in the end.
Im giving 2 stars rather than 1 because the customer service was great. The reason for the low rating is because I had purchased some shoes for delivery to my work address and had given instructions to the staff member who served me to please add in the business name for the delivery as it is in a shopping complex. I now have to pick up the shoes from a courier depot outside of my area because the business name was not included.
This is the place to shop! Every time I go in I’m always greeted by the friendly staff. Seeing their work ethic is absolutely phenomenal! I was helped out by one staff Vanza, only went in to buy 1 pair of shoes, I ended up walking out with $600 worth of goodies! How amazing!! I would 100% go back and spend more money!
Came in for some late night shopping. Was approached by one of the workers and she was extremely helpful.
This morning I wanted for nearly ten minutes to be acknowledged and helped while two staff members ignored me. There was only one other customer in the store who was being helped. Not good enough. I walked out. Yes, I could have gone up and asked for help but as they weren’t busy I thought it would be interesting to see if they wanted to sell shoes. I will go to Lower Hutt where the service is good.

Customer service was fabulous in this store. Although they didn't have size I wanted in stock, the staff member who assisted me was super helpful, even though I didn't make a purchase.
