   I got the sorbet box for my friend's 30th and the colours were lovely. However, the flowers were curling and wilting after ONE NIGHT and it seemed clear that there was something wrong with the orange gerberas or they just weren't fresh enough... The customer service was quick and lovely at first but now that I've ask for partial compensation for the $100 flowers that couldn't even last a night, I haven't heard from them since. It's a shame as I've gotten great flowers from them before, and I don't think that professional florists should produce bouquets that can't last more than a day and charge that price. Purchase at your own risk!

   My son and daughter-in-law who live in California sent me flowers for my birthday through Jack's. I was disappointed upon receiving them as the quality wasn't very good. The hydrangea had very visible wind burn on the petals and one of the 2 delphinium was already on the way out. Very disappointing as the bunch would have cost a pretty penny.

   Unsure why listing shows this place as open 24hours. Maybe for web orders they may be open 24hours but I physically went to store yesterday (Saturday) at around midday and store was closed. Your store hours should reflect what days and times you are physically open.

   After 5 phone calls, 4 messages over a 4&1/2 hours NO one returned my calls so I could place an order to be delivered the next day, its not what I would call great service. I didnt have an enquiery about an order I had one which I wished to place. This sort of service gives not only Jacks Florist a bad name but the industry. Very sad indeed if this is what they call service.

   I live in Melbourne and ordered flowers through their website to be delivered to a friend the next day. The order went through on my end but didn't go to their inbox from Shopify so the flowers weren't delivered. I emailed them and they were so good about it all they delivered the flowers personally and threw in a free box of chocolates to say sorry about the mix up! Highly recommend. Beautiful flowers - it looked stunning and made my friends day ❤️ Thanks so much!
