His knowledge was second to none and nothing was a problem. Didn't get his name but I will only shop there from now on...and I live in Upper Hutt......a true asset to the business !!!”

“Exceptional service. My suit was sent away to get tailored and it was ready to be collected in less than a working week. The staff member was very friendly and incredibly helpful. When my jacket came back the result was not what we were hoping for so I wasn't charged for the jacket alterations at all. Outstanding. First experience with this store and it definitely won't be my last.”

Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy.
