   I don’t know if the old lady is the owner, but she definitely should be not doing a business. She is judgmental towards the clients and the way she stares makes it an uncomfortable experience in the store. Never had such a feeling somewhere else. I rather go to other high end stores or do online shopping to avoid this lady’s unpleasant service!!

   Ann Marie is the superstar of the detailed shopping experience. She knows how to get you into an ensemble that is totally put together and up to the minute in fashion. Her stock knowledge is impeccable and I left with the most beautiful clothes I might have completely missed. I am a forever customer as the service is 10 stars out of a possible 10 stars.

   Though we no longer live in Wellington, we make a point of visiting Workshop whenever we are in the city. Anne-Marie and her team are so warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They know their stock, which is chock full of beautiful NZ and international brands, and have never failed to steer us to gems that really suit. The shop itself is a light and airy oasis nestled in the Old Bank Arcade. It's an absolutely wonderful place to shop.

Anne-Marie and her team are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, offering expert advice, without being pushy. The store’s layout is beautifully merchandised, making it easy to navigate and discover new finds, and the quality of the clothing is fabulous. I also just love the Old Bank Arcade building a real gem in Wellington. Overall, shopping at Workshop is always a pleasure, and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality shopping experience.

   I went in here today like the review below I too was casually dressed as I'd just been walking but they were really nice (the 2 females that is). I wanted to splash out a bit and didnt know what i wanted really but got a tshirt to add to my pieces. The girl who I believe was training was kind and helpful and the blonde lady was really nice. I have a history having worked in fashion and know my brands well I'm unassuming in that way but I certainly didn't look like it when I went in there, so no, the lady's I was served by were really really nice. I'll be back.

   We went into this store about 4 weeks ago. Granted we were dressed casually as we were expecting to do an outdoor adventure earlier in the day which was cancelled. We entered the store which had no other customers. There were 2 staff members working but not serving anyone. Neither even acknowledged us being in the store despite both staff members looking at us. I will not be shopping at this store again.
