   I absolutely loved my experience shopping at Flo and Frankie Queensgate. The team were so helpful, suggesting lovely pieces and how to bring them all together into multiple outfits, and I bought them all! Anna and Vanessa both helped me find the most iconic and timeless outfits, that I will keep and wear time and time again. Despite the store being super busy that day, they made sure to check on me while I was trying on various items, get different sizes and help me to decide on a funeral outfit for my Dad's funeral that week. I can tell that they truly care about the customer experience. I highly recomend this lovely team, who also showcase the range in what they wear each day and are inspirational with thier style, but also how they add their own accessories to give it thier own personal touch. So gorgeous! I am surprised by some of these other reviews as I do not believe this is a typical experience. (Perhaps they are all perfect people in all circumstances huh ;)?)

   I had a disappointing experience returning a faulty item I had ordered online. Anna, the staff member assisting me, was rude and dismissive, making me wait while she served multiple other customers. Instead of offering the refund I had requested, she insisted on a store credit. By that stage I was frustrated and embarrassed as she was speaking down to me in front of everyone in store. I'm now very hesitant to shop in store which is disappointing and previously have purchased over half of my current wardrobe from here.

   Nice friendly service by both staff in store. As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted immediately and attended to. I was accompanied by my elderly mum and young child, we are brown and I didn’t feel any discrimination whatsoever. I would definitely shop there again.

   Had an amazing experience with the lovely staff here! The staff I spoke to were bubbly and kind and offered me advice on what they thought suited my body shape and skin tone. They presented me with so many options that I loved and respected the feedback on the ones that didn't quite work for me. Your store has amazing staff (and clothing) and it's laid out beautifully. Love this store, I will definitely come back!!

   Witnessed the salesperson shoving things on the rack where my wife was looking to quickly market to her customer. We liked a few things but won't be spending a penny here with inconsiderate attitude like that.

   Experienced racism at the Flo and Frankie store despite wearing designer items (clearly not the type to steal) and being conscientious. Due to my mom’s skin color we were not acknowledged despite being the only ones in the store for five minutes. A sales assistant then rudely pushed past me without saying excuse me. As soon as she saw two white customers she went up and acknowledged them though they had barely entered the store. The store in Wellington has such lovely staff that I was shocked. Highly recommend Wellington. How I felt after wearing Queensgate is it doesn’t matter that I’m an investor and business owner that at this store being part brown and being with my brown mother makes me an undesirable. Edited to add that the older white woman who I take was the manager, with glasses saw all of the is happen and did not intervene or even acknowledge us.
