   The girls working on Boxing Day at Bras N Things Queensgate are awesome! I will only buy my bras from here now. The best service, hands down! Special shoutout to the lovely Kiwi-American red haired girly who helped me on Boxing Day (forgot to get her name!). It was crazy busy but she was onto it and helped me finally work out my correct bra size If you are like me and get overwhelmed or avoid bra shopping, these girls genuinely have your back!

   I didn't get her name, but the lovely girl who served me today was absolutely amazing. I was absolutely petrified of walking in and not knowing what to do. But the lovely girl there today made my experience easy. She recommended different options, and I left feeling extremely happy!

   On Saturday 16th November at 10am me and my sister went to go shop for bras. When we walked in the 2 girls working were on their phones didn’t greet us or acknowledge us. You can check your camera as well. We were in there for a while looking for bras not one staff member came up to us to ask if we needed any help. We feel unwelcome especially when I was in the changing room I heard them greet a customer. When we left the 2 girls were at the counter chit chatting away still didn’t acknowledge us. Will not be coming back as we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable with their behaviour.

   terrible, terrible service. i was in store for about 15 minutes and the girl working didn’t say a single thing to me until i went to pay. the service was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable

   Lovely, friendly staff member helped us last night (Thursday night). She made everyone in the store feel comfortable and welcome. Often stores like this make shoppers feel a bit awkward, but she was so upbeat and relaxed, but also professional and knowledgeable without being too "in your face!"

   My experience at the Queensgate store was not the greatest. I had gone in on Sunday 2nd Feb 2020 at 2pm and when I entered the store there was only one customer service person serving on the till. I needed some help with selecting a bra and she was not able to help me so I waited around only to find out that there was another customer service lady in store however she was in the back room and she did not come out and help. The store was busy as one would assume it to be being a Sunday. I walked out of the store after waiting for half an hour. Very disappointed.
