The queensgate k and K store is my favourite clothing destination and always the first store l go to when l travel to the Hutt Valley. It doesnt matter who is working in the shop l have always been greeted with a big smile and offers of help .the clothing is always well displayed and excellent quality. Even if lm not buying the girls are always helpful .
The staff glared at us as we walked in. Carried on their conversation, and the shop smelt of cigarette smoke. I used to shop here regularly when it was at the other end of the mall. We walked out and won’t be going back.
Great store
Last weekend I was helped in your store by Cathie. She was really helpful and sensible, giving me good feedback on what I tried on, and not trying to push a sale. I am very happy with what I bought and would go out of my way to be served by her again.

Great store with size range 12-24 (from memory). Friendly staff, great quality in clothing. I buy my sports pants and comfortable casual clothing here. Great sale on at present and K&K have a Loyalty programme.
I was so impressed by Sandra's welcoming personality from the time I scanned into the shop. Sandra was so helpful making me feel comfortable in the dressing room by extending the room by pulling back some curtains and putting the fan on. She went beyond expectations and was approachable and so good at suggesting clothes I might like. She even helped me with suggesting what style of shoe that would be best for me. Thankyou for your help and kind caring nature. Will definitely visit you again.
