Feels liked I'm being scoped for stealing which is super uncomfortable! Despite wanting to buy a few things there, I haven't because I feel like I'm being watched over like a hawk. I understand being weary of theft, but having someone watching over you at any given moment is unnecessary and off-putting.
I am writing this review wearing a wonderful quality shirt from Emporium. I had fantastic service and can recommend this shop to "out of towners" who require first rate clothes.

I recently shopped online with Emporium and received A+ service from start to finish. This included that when my courier package went missing (which wasn't Emporium's mistake) I had Deb from Emporium's team helping me find it immediately! Loved the Dolphin's t-shirt I got also, thanks team!
Seems like a decent shop if your into their style. However, like other reviews, I have found them charging large amounts for items that are not what they seem. I took a look at a ring that was $95 and advertised as Versace only to find that it was fake.
Rip off! The clothes here are sold as vintage but are actually not - also in terrible condition. If you want quality second hand goods, check out Thrift or Spacesuit down the road. Have seen chain brand things sold there with the label cut off and the price increased! I understand making a profit, but I think they are being purposely misleading, and the quality of the garments is terrible - barely hanging together by a thread! Save your money
This place just charges 100$ for cheap counterfeit sweaters that were probably made in a sweatshop. I recently saw a top from Glassons from 2013 on their racks, and they had cut the Glassons label off and priced it at 60$. Seriously? Scam. Shady and disappointing, go to Thrift or Spacesuit instead. I don't know how this place has retained a good reputation in Wellington when there are far better and more honest places.
