   Excellent pre-sales experience. Emma is very knowledgeable and helpful about e-bikes and let me take a couple of bikes for a good long test ride which helped me make the decision. Other bike shops do not allow this. After sales service not quite so good, with promises to get prices for requested accesories not kept initially. I reminded Emma by email, and got the prices and a promise to let me know when they were in stock, which she did. Face to face, she is very good and helpful. I'm currently waiting on a price for changing the light or lights from steady to flashing, which I'd asked for about a month ago. I'm sure I'll get it eventually. Terry P

   Emma, the Hutt Valley agent was friendly, very helpful while being supportive without pushing for a sale. Her general EV and Melo Yelo bike knowledge is reassuring while her commitment to me as a client is admirable. I was thankful and appreciated Emma coming out on a horrible wind night to demonstrate the Ascent bike, and appreciated her dropping off my new bike. I look forward to the Melo Yelo journey.

   I got my bike yesterday, and I'm thrilled with it. Emma has been a fantastic help from the very start to finish. She took my husband and me for a test ride, explained the benefits of each bike and even delivered the new bike to my home. The best service I have ever experienced.

   Emma is fantastic, generous with her time, and super knowledgeable. Am delighted with my Superlite, which was perfect for the Pou Herenga Tai Twin Coast Cycle Trail (half) 37km and grade 2 mountainbike trails at Waitangi Mountainbike Park. Could have done grade 3 but I was too nervous and had a full panier bag rattling around. Love that the bike came fully decked out with lights, stand, etc, since I will also be commuting. My husband had a pricier new mntnbike without a stand which is fiddly to place and his chain came off once (not meloyelo). VERY impressed with the network that allowed me to collect from Graham in Whangarei to pick up, ordered through Emma in the Hutt, due to ship arrivals and my travel plans. Will report later after a few months of long term use, but very happy so far. Thanks Graham and Emma.

   I am very happy with my new bright yellow MelonYelo E-Bike! It was great that Rebecca brought the bicycle to the cycle way for me to try it, and that she showed me all the different models she has. After I bought it she even changed the handle bar to a flat one as it was more comfortable for me and brought the bike directly to my door. She explained me everything in detail as I haven't cycle in over 20 years. After I got my bike, I noticed that the mechanical disc brakes were having a squeaking noise, but still working fine, she upgraded you to hydraulic brakes free of charge under warranty. It has been a great experience and the after sales support that I received from Rebecca has been outstanding. It has been a way more personal service than what I got from big bicycle stores before.

   Emma was great to deal with from start to finish. She was generous with her time and knowledge in helping me choose the right bike. And when there was a problem with the bike I bought , she went the extra mile in fixing it, ultimately getting me a whole new bike which is working perfectly. I can highly recommend her.
