These guys are amazing. :) Decided to try them out for a general service on my e-bike over my regular shop, because I had a gift card. Really quick turnaround. When you come in they take the time to talk through what might be needed and what can probably wait until the next service. Got my bike back looking better than ever! And the eye for detail! They replaced my missing valve cap and tightened my kickstand without me mentioning them. My regular guys said they didn't have the right tool to do the latter. Will definitely be coming back.
Really pleased with the service I've always received at My Ride Hutt Valley both from a mechanical and customer service point of view , the team is always so friendly and offer up great advice on products and parts needed for my bikes, fantastic after sales service as well ,really cant fault these guys, would highly recommend My Ride. Very friendly and helpful staff, always greeting us when we walk in and chatting to the kids. Very helpful and have a wide range of products in store. We have purchased all our kids scooters from here along with helmets. We also purchased our two older sons bikes from Evo cycles and were disappointed that it didn’t receive a free service, they said their best deal would be $199 for 3 services. MyRide however when buying my daughters bike at the same time, have advised that we get a free service at 6 weeks, 12weeks and 6months. So if your anything like me and suck at servicing your own bike, MyRide is the place to go! Highly recommended to everyone.
Excellent service on my 2 bikes by Rosco, fixed an issue on my new beast that the store I purchased the bike from couldn't after a couple of attempts. See you soon for more bike love
