   Had a blowout on my wife's bike while on Kent tce. Checked for bike shoos near me as we didn't have our normal repair kit with us. Found these guys and walked in. They were helpful, fixed the tire for us, did some fine tuning on my bike for a more comfortable ride. It's great to experience a business with passion for what they do and customer focus as well.

   Stuart took the time to carefully analyse my broken shock and consider every possible solution. He even referred me to one of his trusted partners to fix the issue for good, and found a temporary workaround in the meantime. Brilliant service! If you need anything bike-related in Wellington, this is definitely the place to go.

   I was using another bike shop close to home for things from time to time. Decided to head across town and into Get Lost Cycling for a fork and shock service. The travel and time it took to get there was totally worth it as the team down there were amazing with their advice and service. Definitely changing bike shops now. Highly recommend this bike shop. Friendly staff with great knowledge. Bike come back running mint.

   Absolutely fantastic service. I wandered into Get Lost with a little project of my own, looking for a bit of help and advice. Stu & Koen were great; they were friendly, honest & totally understood my issue. I was totally stoked with the job, Stu is a wealth of knowledge and gave me plenty more tips to move forward with as well. Honestly, I expected to pay more for the great service I received. Don't worry about the bigger stores in and around Wellington, the team at Get Lost is phenomenal, plus you're supporting a local business while you're at it. Thanks again team !

   Update: They serviced my mums bike and I was stoked to hear she had a fabulous time. Too often she's not been taken seriously and made to feel bad in bike shops or ignored. I'm so glad that she's thrilled with her service. Get Lost Cycling are A+ 10/10 for care and attention to detail on your loved one (bike). They called before starting any work and were fantastic at finding time. Only lovers of bikes will truly appreciate the froth this bike shop radiates.

   The team at Get Lost are total legends. I am so thankful for them and all of their amazing guidance and hard work to build the bike of my dreams. They are super friendly no matter your experience or knowledge - all are welcome here. I also love that they are putting in so much effort to build up the wider biking community with things like their new development squad. Extremely cool but also expected from this lot of good humans. Anyway, take your bike there or have them build you a bike if you don't have one already. You will not regret it. They are super passionate about what they do and it shows. They are also fair and friendly. You really can't ask for more.
