I recently purchased a Kaabo Mantis X from Electrify and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, they let me test ride before purchase to let me know what I was getting in to and the after purchase support from them has been phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough for any EPV repairs or purchases!

Bought an Smartmotion City Neo from the Electrify Wellington shop. Very happy with the process and the bike. Jenny, Terry and the team were relaxed, informative and helpful. There was a small problem with the bike that was dealt with promptly. Would certainly recommend talking with them if you're looking for an ebike.

These folks are really good to deal with. They have a great range of ebikes and are very knowledgeable about them. They happily let me try out different bikes and could answer my questions and addressed my concerns. They have a real passion for ebikes, as do I, having owned three others over the past 15 years. By far the best bike but also the best shopping experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Jenny and Terry were very helpful and patient, answering all our queries and providing test rides on various e-bikes. They specialise in E-bikes and are experienced in assisting people to return to biking. We settled on two step-through Wisper Wayfarers, and are very happy with the design, performance and finish of these machines.

Its been just over 2 weeks since I brought home my new Smart Motion Pacer and I am in love. I did my research before popping down to the shop on Thorndon Quay to check it out. There I was met by Terry and Jenny Steven, who had one in store for me to test ride. I wanted to ride it home that day! After a very short wait of barely a week they had ordered, built and safety checked my new bike. I was also given great in store discounts on not only the bike but a new helmet, lock and pannier. Pays to visit these wonderful people in their store for not only great deals, but fantastic advice. I feel very secure in my purchase and that they will continue to provide fantastic customer support. Thank you to the entire Electrify Wellington team. I am very much enjoying my new bike thanks to you. And appreciate the advice on how to best care for it for years to come.

I took my Specialized hybrid bike in to ask if it could be converted and was given an enthusiastic response, it was speedily done in a couple of weeks and I am now able comfortably to cycle 20km to work here in S Wairarapa on gravel and tarmac. The battery seems to last well and the conversion has made minimal difference to my bike apart from weight. I am promised after sales service and I have had nothing but a positive experience at Electrify NZ. Highly recommended

The team were eager to help and let me take multiple test rides which helped me feel comfortable making my purchase. Iβve just had the 6 month service and itβs back to riding like a dream. Iβve only had positive experiences all the times Iβve been in to both the Petone and Wellington stores.

Going back to my original review on this place, as I was told off by a friend looking for a e-bike, that knew about how this guys bad service broke my bikes battery attachment. As seen in the photos. Cutting the story short. I took the bike there to see they could connect the Dongle properly to my bike, as I had attempted to do it myself, but was not really successful. They told they would have a look and try to add it correctly. On the day I was supposed to get my bike back, I found the bike opened, and the battery attached to base connectors plug but without the battery cover. This results that it makes it almost impossible to remove it. As the the guy present at the day tried it, even forcing it with a tool. But it was not coming out. So I left and had to go back next week.... and I was greeted by a really rude person that I found out was the "mechanic" ho "worked" on my bike. The battery cover was on, but the battery was not staying in place anymore. So at that moment I really just wanted to get out of that place and I took my bike straight to Bicycle Junction in Welly CBD. I told the guys there what happen and asked if they could FIX THE BATTERY CONNECTION that Wellington Electric Bikes BROKE, and if possible add the Dongle. The guy open the battery cover in front of me, and for my surprise, not only the external battery lock wad been damage, but also the internal part of the battery connection plugs had been. broken. The guys in Bicycle Junction where amazing, and not only fixed the broken things but also added the dongle to my bike in hath a day. As opposed to Electric Bikes that had my bike for about 2 weeks. Got there with one small problem and left with 3 big problems. And after my first review, they contacted my bikes suplier to tell that the bike had been worked on and there for could not have any more claims on warranty.... ( as if I did not knew I was going to lose it when I decided to add the dongle ) The funny thing is that they do hack their bikes is you want the bike to go faster, but they only tell the factory if you tell bad things about them. So do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. In the end they did give my money back but that was the least they could have done.
