Great customer care,friendly and polite. Main track up to the rusty old boat SS Paiaka about 7 km ish.Side bike tracks are moderate difficult.
Easy to book online. Really lovely service in person by staff who genuinely wanted us to enjoy our ride. The 2 hour ride itself was spectacular. The climb to the lighthouse got the heart rate up and the downhill was thrilling - well worth the effort. And cruising back to the start with the wind in our faces was just exhilarating. We highly recommend Wildfinder for their service, quality of bikes and location.
Useless, the guy tells you the battery will last but it clearly doesn't. Had the last 20min with no battery! I raised a concern that my battery was 1 bar down already before we started. But the guy said it will be fine. 5 min down the road it went down another bar. No offer of refund or even partial refund. Great scenery tho... Can't beat Wellington on a good day.

It was a melancholic and morose day, my partner and I headed out on an adventure inspite of the gnarly weather. My bike then started to not work, and Dave was just there! He came to the rescue, fixed my bike just like that! MAGICAL. And we were on our way to the lighthouse. Thanks Dave. 5 out of 5.
We had such a brilliant experience at Wildfinder. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. Even though it was a busy day, they took the time to check in with every customer/group to ensure they were happy and feeling confident before they set off. We booked the mountain bikes which were fantastic and cycled to Pencarrow Lighthouse and the lakes. I can't recommend the experience enough, great bikes, stunning scenery and impeccable service. We will definitely return and have recommended to friends and visitors as a must do. Thank you!
Great service, perfect bikes. Awesome day! It was so easy to book and pick up the bikes from the bottom of the Remutaka Incline. The e-bikes had more than enough range to get us over the Incline and back. It was a fun & gorgeous activity, even for younger kids in our group and myself (who is not as fit as I should be).
Super friendly staff. Great bikes. We rented the e-mountain bikes. Feels like cycling still but with +100 to fitness. Suspension was great for the tracks. Battery was still at >50% after just under 4 hours and we had pedal assist on high the entire time. Bikes were still like. Highly recommend if you are considering. We went on a day forcast for horrible weather and it was just windy. (Pretty hardcore wind though)
