The woman behind the counter was so so lovely and had a good search around to see if they had any tennis balls to go with my new tennis racket finds here! “We shopped around baby shops all over Wellington and the Hutt Valley looking at buying a big ticket item, a mountain buggy pram. Baby City was the best customer service by far and were so helpful answering all our questions. The staff are well trained with their product knowledge and it really made us feel better about spending hundreds on a buggy. I wish I knew the name of the assistant who helped us, she was so helpful and I felt compelled to write a review, which Is something I don’t normally do. Thank you baby city for all your help.”

“Another great store. I was very surprised to see such a huge array of different coffee brands. From Italian to Belgium. Parking is fine & has direct access to carts & trolleys before & after entry. The service was warm, polite & hospitable. A huge selection of goods at various prices made it fun to shop & ease of choice. I recommend a visit, if just to sample some of their amazing selections of coffee, cheeses, biscuits & a lot more. You will not be disappointed. Don't forget your coupon book, every little saving goes along way.”

“Pak n Save is handy for a quick shop and I have never found it to be super busy even at the weekend. The produce is good and I like the size selection in the bakery section. It's got a cover over the car park so Great for not getting wet when packing”

I value perspectives from those around the same age when chosing gifts form my children. When selecting a card, Annabel was confident, and clear about the direction I should take, explaining the various persctives of different selections. Thanks to Annabel's perspective and help, I made the best, the right card choice on this important occassion. Not sure what happened with the previous reviewer but I have always found the staff pretty chill helpful and relaxed. A shout out to Kirsty who has been keeping the place going for years! May she never leave! Her fashion style and the way she cares for all her visitors both 2 legged and 4 legged makes me smile everytime I shop. The music is really cool as well...always find a new track to look up from listening to it instore. :) All in all its a10/10”
