    1/5 - Very unprofessional service and very poor patient communication from the Staff. A mistake was made in my repeat prescription medication 4x times! I have congenital dermatitis, and these mistakes not only wasted my time and energy on having the issues sorted, but also, they delayed my medication schedule, which worsened my condition and compromised my health. The Staff ignored my email queries more than once, when I was trying to request clarification about my medication.     The staff provide good health advice. They are excellent for vaccinations. They were great over the summer break when the pharmacist contacted my GP so that I could get medication that I needed. However, they do not provide all the information for prescription medicines. For example, I was only informed after I needed pain medication that the rules have changed and I should have requested it within 30 days. I now have to wait until I see my GP.

    It's a difference of 25 plus days since I last picked my medication bt been said m nearly everyday at pharmacy ,n ws judged with cheeky giggle cz of some personal medication I take ...thank you for serving me but as been to many pharmacy n changing most of it cz of ds same unfit ,unprofessional embarrassing moment of judging ,I pay money, not asking or begging it for free ,it's been prescribed by professional to have this medication ,please do ur job n be professional not personal
