   I've been visiting the team at Ngaio Village Pharmacy for many years and they are fantastic. They are incredibly friendly and always serve our family with a smile. We've never had an issue with having to wait for prescriptions. They offer great advice, are a vaccination clinic, and have a wide range of products and beautiful gifts. I highly recommend them!

   friendly staff... but not reliable. I went in to get my medication for my epilepsy, and the pharmacist stated that my prescription was out, now this would be fine had I not organized a 3 month prescription a week ago with my GP. I'd love to give them a 5, but they're not reliable enough.

   Poor advice and dismissive, predatory and minimum sales service makes me question their professional values across the board - avoid if you can. Long-story short, I got an ID photo from there to ensure an application would be sound. The photo was rejected by govt due to poor quality, so I just took one on my cellphone (which was accepted). Pharmacy refused to refund, only offering to take another one (which was no longer needed). Just kinda jerky thing to quibble about isn't it, selling something that wasn't fit for purpose and then refusing to refund it.
