Very good. The lady working there was very helpful, kind, patient and knowledgable of the products being sold.
Always friendly, helpful service, great products, well informed staff. Especially the young man who often helps me. He is always cheerful and really knows the products, so I'm confident that I'm getting what I need.
Always shop for my PranaOn products from here. Staff was helpful and advised me to try a different payment method than Afterpay which wasn't working. She was intuitive and got the product ready when I came back after sorting my issue with Afterpay. Also offered options and pushed the shaker with goodies inside.
The staff are so helpful, especially Johnny, who never fails to amaze me with his knowledge and kindness! He sends the supplements promptly - its like opening a Christmas gift each time!

It's a waste of time. I tried to refund what I just bought, but she was unkind of me. She said to me, "In New Zealand, you can't get a refund." really? Can't I get a refund in New Zealand? She was rude to my repeated apologies. After all, she gave me a refund, but I feel very dirty and irritated. I will never use this place again.
Pretty good selection of health foods and supplements, I was able to find a few things here that I wasn't able to at New World. The prices aren't exactly cheap, but they're not too bad, although one of the 1.5kg tubs of protein was going for $155 there, I checked online and this was selling for $105. Still, a great shop with super friendly and helpful staff.
