I am impressed that he remembers his customers names and what medications they take. It is always the pleasure to have a bit of a chat while I wait. I highly recommend this business.    Burns Pharmacy have been my dispensing chemist for over 20 years. I have always found staff to be friendly and helpful particularly Dean. I never have to return to the pharmacy to receive medications in short supply, have had medication delivered when I really need assistance, and advice given when requested. Dean has assisted with contact with my GP when needed and always let me know when I need to make contact with them myself

   As a local resident I want to support local shops, also due to mobility issues I found access to this Pharmacy was good. Initially I would get my script and other items from Burns Pharmacy... until Dean (the owner) was outrite rude and refused to continue supplying my script for no real reason.. telling me he only made a few dollars per script !!! I've gone elsewhere - and get great service, and don't get the grief of how much money the pharmacy makes on the script. I have no intention going back to this Pharmacy
