   I like this pharmacy BUT the woman who does the post shop / courier acceptance is the RUDEST PERSON I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! NO hello, NO goodbye, NO thank you... NO acknowledgement at all for anything... just NOTHING every time! She just barks "leave it there!" and just stares back at me like she does NOT want to be there! It's unbelievable... I'll just go to Kilbirnie from now on... Jenny.

   Rude and unhelpful pharmacist. My issue was not with the decisions made or accuracy of the information provided, I am not one to judge a healthcare professional on that, but rather, the way in which I was spoken to, which was unfriendly, blunt, and made me feel bad.

   Very helpful and knowledgeable pharmacist/owners, who often go above and beyond. A huge asset to the Hataitai community, and Wellington in general. They also stock a lovely array of necessities, gifts, and alternative medicines. Kind, good people who highlight the difference between Big Box pharmacies, and locally owned small businesses.
