On one occasions I came across two staff members went I went up to the front counter to pay, they totally ignored me and were more interested talking amongst themselves, when I ask them if could have a bag they they gave me a look like I was been a inconvenience to them,

   Good service needs recognition and appreciation. From Annabel I had a superb experience today in choosing both a card and paper for my daughter's graduation. I value perspectives from those around the same age when chosing gifts form my children. When selecting a card, Annabel was confident, and clear about the direction I should take, explaining the various persctives of different selections. Thanks to Annabel's perspective and help, I made the best, the right card choice on this important occassion. If I'd gone the way I had originally thought, I see, thanks to Annabel, how it would have been an emabrrasing mistake. So again, thanks for being of great service Annabel. Very much appreciated.

   A bit strange to hit this chain bookstore with all the great bohemian shopping but I stopped in here for my postcards. Found them after asking the clerk for some help. Not a great selection but it was enough. Lots of retail priced books and magazines and greeting cards.

   Usual chain store selection but with very helpful and professional staff. We bought a fairly expensive toy. At home we found it was defective. We took it back and were offered a replacement. The manager produced several toys. He carefully went through them one after another. Each one had a unique defect very different to the one in the set we had bought. We took a refund. Top marks for care and concern for the customer.
