“Bloody good. We had a really nice room with views of the pool, tennis court and Mt Maunganui. Well appointed and perfect for our family of four. Very close to beach (across the road). Has everything we could wish for. Staff on reception very nice.”

“We have stayed here multiple times now and it is our go to spot for accommodation when visiting the Mount. Rooms are spacious and tidy, location is close to centre - easy walking distance and Leo (The owner) is very kind and accomodating to any needs. Highly recommend !”

“I think it would have to be the best mitre 10 mega in the county. Im from Auckland but was doing repairs to my house in Tauranga . Your staff are just amazing .especially the two ladies named SHONA & ROBYN .They went out of there way to find every items i needed and also pointed out what would work best . I have a lot more work to do to the house and apartment but will only go to Mitre 10 Mega from now on . Those ladies should have a payrise ! Awesome experience at your store. Cheers Gerry”

“This is a great space to work out. Aqua Aerobics every week day. Learning pool for children and a hydrotherapy pool. Very clean. Well maintained. Life guards are always on duty.”

“I love this pool I only wish it was deeper as I'm 6ft1 lol. The staff are awesome and very helpful, the changing rooms are excellent. Heaps of hot water in the showers and also the heaters are on. The pools are heated, kids pool and a spa pool as well. There's even a BBQ there oh I think. I may have to check that out. I've also met lovely people who go to use the pool as well. Go check them out I reckon you will love Swim Zone Te Aroha Pools.”

“Laser tag is great! Had a group of 13 adults for a birthday and it was still a decently spacious arena for us all. Staff were great too! Called in advance to book it out as we were a bigger group.”

“We were on a school trip, and the kids loved it. Warm enough to not get cold, but not too warm either. Lots of fun activities for kids, and saunas and spa pools are wonderful, a little bit expensive but well worth it. 5 stars from me”

“Stayed for a couple of nights, it was a nice comfortable room with good heating, good TV, and it's in a good walking distance from everywhere i needed to go. The staff were great and friendly, one staff member was kind enough to drive me to the airport when I was having trouble getting a taxi”

“I called to get tech to come visit to resolve air lock issue. Advised could send ok bit to try a tip they had first and if didn’t t work call them back. “Fantastic location and things to do! Heated pool, park, trampoline, giant chess board and a big screen and bean bags. Our room was great! Comfy bed, kitchenette had everything we needed and the fridge freezer was a nice size for the 3 nights stay. Awesome view of the Moana from our sea side room. From what I can see the other rooms look just as good. We stayed for the Mana Kuratahi kapa haka 2025. Our kids also loved it. Would definitely return and recommend to whanau and friends.”

“Well kept paths and gardens and you can hire a golf cart if needed. Cute ponds dotted around and a good variety of healthy looking birds. You can buy small bags of bird feed and we saw lots of adorable chicks. The cafe is great and we enjoyed THE BEST Devonshire tea I’ve ever had in New Zealand. All staff are friendly and helpful. Would visit again.”
