   Really nice place and people. Tidy neat rooms and good service. Close to main roads and shops. I even left some stuff behind and they had no problems packaging it up so I could get the couriers to pick it up Thank you so much Angel, you were great to deal with. 10 out of 10

   While the motel needs a little bit of work eg paint etc, it is scrupulously clean. The staff are very obliging and any requests seen to quickly. I so recommend this for your stay. Close to cafes, restaurants, bars and supermarkets.

   The room was clean and tidy. Very comfortable bed. So nurturing. Excellent service. Loved that there was a spa bath in the room. The room was also nice and quiet.Also loved that everything we could ever need was right there too. It would have been nice if there could be a bit more natural light in the room. Maybe an extra skylight somewhere. But there was plenty of artificial lighting to compensate for it. We will definitely make this place our number one choice whenever we stay in Tauranga. The owners and staff are putting so much effort into providing a lovely place to stay.Thank you for the lovely experience.

   We stayed 3D2N in Jan 2025. Room is very clean and well maintained. Bed is comfortable. We appreciated the air-conditioning and fan on a very hot summer holiday. We could park our car in front of room. The hosts were very friendly and we would recommend this motel to anyone without hesitation. We'll stay here again if we are ever back in Tauranga on holiday because it is good value.

   Very dirty. Dishes were half washed. Carpets were not vacuumed. Cord of the hair dryer was very dirty and brown. Will never come back.

   Nice clean rooms, shame there are ashtrays outside the windows. Had a couple sitting outside my window smoking and chatting. There is a guest laundry with an honesty box but I feel this should be included in the price of the room. Good selection of tea and coffee but milk should be replaced daily by housekeeping and the tea/chocolate should be stocked up daily too. Towels are changed daily not sure about the bedding as not been done yet. Parking is ample outside the rooms. I’d say it’s Great value for money.
