   The service was great, Mariah at the front desk was so kind and helpful. Stayed for one night and it was a very comfortable, clean room. They provide complimentary snacks and water bottles, which was a nice touch. Very close to shops/restaurants - highly recommend the Sichuan restaurant across the road. Would definitely stay again!

   Excellent ,centrally located establishment. With the re opening a little whike ago of the Tauranga Club within the complex , it now offers full restaurant / bar facilities with stunning views of the inner Tauranga harbour. Truely exceptional.

   Great stay on the main road here in Tauranga. Something to note, the parking needed to be made separately from the hotel or it might fill up. Not a huge deal for me, since I went on Easter weekend so the parking was free, but it could be an issue on a different occasion. Rooms were very nice and mine came with a spa. It also had a pretty beautiful balcony which could be useful if you’re a smoker. I’m not saying the view was great, but it was nice just to sit out there for a little.

   Was double charged for a room back in March, was told by front desk they would fix it the next day. Never happened. Waited a month then emailed receipts for the two charges, no reply and no refund still. Would have been a good review otherwise but this isn't how to run a business.

   Absolutely loved this hotel, best in Tauranga. Friendly service impeccable clean room beautiful balth, soft bed. Would absolutely recommend ! Perfect location with a lovey view, very clean awesome staff.

   This boutique hotel is right in the heart of Tauranga. Walking distance to the water front, city centre and main shopping areas, restaurants etc, great location with multi levels car parks at rear. Clean, cosy and spacious room. Friendly service. We arrived late in the morning prior to check in time. The front desk lady kindly checked us in.

   Stayed here two nights 11 Jan - 13 Jan 2023. Complex was clean and well presented. Car park was great. Customer service and Reception were helpful and approachable. Would definitely stay here again. We were a family of 6 adults and a baby of six months. Three rooms, all as described above.
