   Apologies for taking so long to write this review but definitely wanted to take the time to thank the wonderful staff we met when we visited on 23 July 2025. We were looking for particular plants and the assistance we received from a specific member of staff was amazing. She advised us on both plants and pots. I do apologise that although I did ask the member of staff her name, I have now forgotten. Maybe staff members could wear name badges to assist? The plants we purchased are in the photos below, they will definitley help in identifying the member of staff, I am sure. We then were met with enthusiastic staff at the checkout who advised us to become members and we actually saved a consierable amount after spending a substantial amount. Next time we visit Tauranga, we will be sure to visit Palmers again. Thank you for such professional customer service, full of kindness and helpfulness......very typical of the people of New Zealand.

   I recently went to Palmers Bethlehem for the first time and was very impressed. I bought some indoor plants. The quality of plants are exceptional. There is plenty of parking. I haven’t tried the cafe yet. Maybe next time.

   Lots of beautiful/healthy plants to choose from. Plenty of space between benches for everyone's trolley. Great selection of many plants. Only set back? Dining outside in cool weather is not comfortable but if the centre could control the sun, they'd be doing a miraculous thing.

   So we went here to purchase a mandarin tree we had a general idea of what we wanted but were blown away by the varieties within the range. We must have looked a bit confused because when we needed help the attendant came straight over and offered awesome help so much so that we ended up buying two trees. Thanks Palmers and thanks to the attendant we now have healthy trees planted and look forward to lots of delicious fruit 6 months of the year
