“Harbour View is the perfect location if you are needing a quiet, convenient place to stay when in Tauranga. The apartment was immaculate. It had two tv's, a couch, lovely beds, large fridge and quaint kitchen. Very good lighting plus convenient power plugs for charging tech devices. Safe parking for the rental car near the reception, with vehicles out of sight from a main road. Very ideal. The waterfront is only a min or two stroll away, there is a seat to enjoy the view. The owner operators were helpful and happy. Lovely apartment interior with a historical exterior.”

“What an amazing place to stay! Owners are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms are well maintained and serviced daily to a high standard. Great swimming pool with towels provided for the pool and a trip to the beach! Centrally located and great for trips all around Tauranga. I truly believe this is the best motel I've ever stayed in! Highly recommend staying there.”

“We stayed here for a family wedding and it couldn't have been more enjoyable. The staff and management bent over backwards for us and we could not praise them enough for there efforts. The facilities were excellent and we had the privilege of staying in one of their newly renovated units. Thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the thermal pools after a big day out exploring the area.”

“Staying in our motorhome we must say we were impressed. From the check ✅ in, with Kirsten, and the advice and help we received from the start. A beautiful Holiday Park with everything so clean and tidy. The playground too, is well thought out for childrens pleasure during their stay. Very handy to the beach and rolling surf, our two small dogs were in heaven when we all went down to the sand. It is fantastic that the dogs are allowed to be with us on holiday during the off season. The showers were nice and hot water aplenty. A friendly little bunny was not at all worried about two highly excited dogs because it sat just outside their wire fenced yard and teased them. In all a great place to stay and we will be back. “It was so nice and quiet. Only 15 minutes from all the activities, you have a quiet and relaxing little country cottage. It is so cute with plenty of room and lots to do for families with kids. We had farm fresh eggs each morning (our hostess let my daughter gather the eggs from the chicken coop, which was very cool) After spending all day running from one activity to another in Rotorua it was so wonderful to come to our quiet little house and soak in the hot tub! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Rotorua.”

“Had an amazing stay in one of the two bedroom apartments this weekend! The facilities are awesome! Shower pressure is great! Washing machine and dryer and dishwasher provided! The pool and spa were such a treat. The place was quiet and even though there were no other vacancies, we didn’t pass a single person on the foyer or corridors. The beds are super comfy and the aircon was lovely as it was muggy over the weekend. A massive thanks to Toni for organising our last minute stay and adding our niece on last minute. She gave us extra bedding for the couch bed and added a small fee. Toni was an amazing host and we felt well taken care of - being from out of town. She was extremely welcoming to us and we cannot wait to come back! We will be back! ♥️♥️”

“Very nicely appointed rooms. I don't tend to fall asleep easily but the bed, pillows, and linen were perfection and I slept better than I have in months. Location is great, a very short walk to shops, eateries etc... Bonus points for the fair trade hot drink provisions and the Forest and Bird toiletry products. Definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.”

“This was the first time we have stayed in Otumoetai and Cobblestone Court is a fabulous place to stay. The location near a supermarket and beach was great, the large room was spotless. We asked for twin beds in a studio, but got given a really lovely modern one bedroom which was ideal for us for the 3 nights we stayed. This is one of the best motels we have stayed at and a real gem! The girl at reception was very friendly and efficient. A+”

The hotel owners are very kind and the hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. There are famous mountains and the sea nearby, making it convenient to go sightseeing. “We took our 18-month-old twins and they absolutely loved it. The interaction with the animals was fantastic, especially being able to feed them. It was a lovely walk around the park and very stroller-friendly, which made the visit easy and enjoyable. A great day out for families with young children — we’ll definitely be back.”

Bella was starting to think she could do whatever she liked there, but now she has rules just like at home and a super safe, fun place to play. She is so happy, and so are we!”

“After four weeks in New Zealand the most well-kept place ever. Thank you for allowing us to be your guests. everything was kept clean and tidy. 5 stars plus. complete calm. a great pool. the beach can be reached in three minutes on foot. and it's crazy. The name “cozy corner” fits it perfectly.”
