“Birthday Boy. My wife booked two nights at Moose Lodge as a surprise for my birthday. I had no idea where we were going and when we arrived at the gates I couldn't believe we were going in to Moose Lodge. We were greeted and welcomed by Bevan. We were given a guided tour of the lodge and were blown away by the amazing point of difference displayed. Quite rare and an extra ordinary location and aspect with a stunning, calming view. Lovely rooms, quite and discreet. Beautiful meals and add to that the thermal pools, golf on a site with a quite challenging 9 holes. From the start of our stay & experience Bevan, Shirley and staff treated us with sincere friendliness and amazing service. We recommend people wishing to relax, enjoy and unwind that the Moose Lodge experience should be put at the top of your list. We will be back. Thank you”

“The villa we rented was really clean and in a great location facing the lake. The host was really gracious and always available for what we needed. The place was well stocked with extra pillows and blankets, kitchenware, and fans in every room. The only thing that was disappointing was that the geothermally heated spa on the resort grounds wasn't warm by evening, though this isn't in the control of the Twin Lake Villa managers.”

“⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ ✅ Super tidy, clean, comfortable and central accommodation. And what I mean by that is possibly the cleanest and freshest place I have stayed at in a long time. Speaking to the owners in the morning it is approx 5 years old, so credit to the cleaners and maintenance team as this literally feels brand new. Bed and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen has literally everything you need if staying for slightly longer in a super cute, compact and functional kitchenette. I would def recommend for work trips, both short and longer. Couples escapes (try get harbour views if couples), or solo mental health get aways.”

“Our Property Manager is Teresa Hayden My husband & I have been in Matamata for less than a year so getting into a rental property here was not easy after living in Perth for 11 years. I contacted 2 other agencies who were not very helpful and one of them told me that they do not contact references in Australia. Thankfully my husbands employer put us in touch with the team at Property Brokers and we were fortunate enough to secure a home through them. Teresa is a great PM always polite and good to talk to. She will also follow up any issues that we have with the property no matter how insignificant they seem. She also adds that personal touch by sending emails at christmas & easter wishing us the best over the break and it really is the small things like this that are appreciated.”

Quiet, clean, warm and comfortable apartment with modern, quality appliances and good quality furnishings for a restful and comfortable stay. Good and free wifi. Balcony. Heated pool. Ticks all the boxes. Secure parking with locked compound. Friendly host. Good value accommodation. Will book if we come back to this area.”

“Very beautiful lake view cottages, very nice resort. It has a hot spa, pool, chess, gym, and provides cycle/bikes also. Very cozy, clean and nice rooms, with all the facilities. The rooms are also very spacious. Very calm and ambient place. Definitely recommend by me if you are coming to Rotorua. It is 100% worth the price. It is idealistic first day if you are for even at night in Rotorua. The cottages a the lake front have very great views with a common, huge and open backyard. The cottage in which we stayed had included a well equipped kitchen and dining table. There was also an electric fireplace. At night, the views in backyard were very MAJESTIC and photogenic. Overall, the places of great value and a perfect place for a calm, quiet and peaceful weekend/holiday/stay.”

“Everything was perfect for a big family like ours. We had a total of about 40 people (adults and children) check in for our sisters wedding in Tauranga. We were so grateful to have found a place that catered to our big family. We were able to play, laugh, pray and get our sister ready for her big day TOGETHER.”

Rebecca always keeps us up to date with any maintenance check up or when there’s things to be fixed in our rental property. “This is a beautiful house with wonderful hosts. Carole was extremely welcoming with lots of positive energy despite just having knee surgery. Mace was also a very warm person and between them they run an excellent B&B. Recommended restaurants in the area which was much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here.”

“We booked a powered campsite for a night on a whim at the end of October and had an incredible time at Sapphire Springs. We ended up getting the entire pool area to ourselves for an hour before it closed since it was midweek. Excellent clean facilities, and the woman working at the desk very kindly gave us tons of recommendations for our travels. Would love to camp here again!”
